A Discomfort Guide to Hitchhiking and Recreational Homelessness
$4/64 pages/Half size
I had the pleasure of meeting Dave while he was on one of his hitchhiking adventures last year. I was eager to read this zine because I was pretty impressed with the miles he had traveled hitchhiking with his best pal, Kara. This guide is extremely informative & text heavy. Dave covers what you should pack, where you can hitchhike, alternatives to hitchhiking (like truckers, buses & Craigslist), train hopping, places to sleep, hitchhiking advice for ladies (written by Kara), how & where to eat and ideas on how to make money. He also includes a brief introduction to the U.S. Highway Sign System, hitchhiking games, recommended media list and a bunch more!
I learned just how easy it is to live free or cheaply; more importantly, I learned how to live in a way that was actually fulfilling, while making my own life an adventure instead of a monotonous quest for mere survival. I was living, not just staying alive.
Hair Care For Sensitive Girls

I really thought Grace did an excellent job on being super informative about grooming your pubic area plus other tidbits about keeping the area healthy. Using a comic format, Grace includes illustrations along with information about shaving, waxing, threading, laser hair removal and electrolysis. There is a step-by-step tutorial on grooming, product recommendations & various styles.
Grace says, "This book is not by any means meant to say that you MUST or even SHOULD shave your privates, it is a personal choice that every girl makes for herself. However, on the chance you do want to try it, this book is for you."
