Goddess Head

$10/100 pages/ 8.5 X 8.5"Paperback
by Dash Shaw

Dash Shaw created a fascinating book full of his black & white artwork and comics which are both wonderful and bizarre. "Always Seek The Truth", "Teach Me The Guitar" and "Heart-Shaped Holding Cell" are just a few of the comics inside this book. "Goddess Head"  is a fantastic journey through Dash's mind.

A caption under one of his drawings:

"His blood soaked the earth, and up sprang the white narcissus flower with its red corollary. This is recommended for affections of the ears (though apt to give headaches), and as a vulnerary, and for the cure of frost-bite."

Manifesto
ONLY 1 LEFT!!

$5/200 pages/ Paperback
- anonymous novel

Manifesto is about: punks, delinquents, drug-culture, growing up, dreaming, jazz, insanity, not liking anything, graffiti, absurdity, delirium, hopes, darkness, dropping out, farming, moving around, not fitting in, wanting to be good, being drunk, lost, sad, alone, cold, sick, fed-up, misunderstood and more.

An excerpt: "I left college for the last time as impulsively as ever - free and happy - like I had a bottomless pocket of money, fully funded, like my lungs were fresh and I could still run a mile in under six minutes. I was content to be slow, away from the vague traps between cause and effect."

What I Did On My Summer Vacation

$20/158 pages/Paperback
by Christoph Meyer

Christoph is a literary genius, seriously. His zines are always spectacular and this book is another fine creation! He documents his family's vacation across the country from Ohio to Oregon on a train. I enjoy the tales about Christoph meeting other passengers on the sleeper cars of the train, loitering Christian passengers, attending the Portland Zine Fest, enjoying a peaceful cabin adventure in the woods, and lots of other miscellaneous experiences. Each book contains handmade touches by Christoph.

He writes, "The pages were printed on an offset press. Once the printer delivered the pages, I proceeded to do all of the handmade touches (i.e. stamping, stamps, applying photographs, highlighting, embossing the paper, silk-screening, punching holes, sticking stickers) with my own two hands."
